All the team at WrenSocial would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Thank you for your wonderful support over the past 12 months and we look forward to seeing even more of the wonderful people of Wreningham in 2014. 

NEW: Our LADIES NIGHT begins on Friday 31st January and every month on the last Friday.

CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES:

CHRISTMAS EVE: 

Lots of you have asked if we could open for a few hours after Father Christmas has been to the King's Head in Fundenhall - who are we to disappoint on Christmas Eve! We will be open from about 6:45pm and we've got a good range of children's drinks and snacks, so we hope that you can pop in for a quick tipple before you head home and hang up your stockings. 

BOXING DAY:

We were originally thinking of opening on Thursday night, but most people quite understandably have family parties and commitments, so we have decided NOT TO OPEN this Thursday night.

More beer for Friday!

FRIDAY:

We'll be open as usual on FRIDAY from 8PM.

This weeks guest ale is the rather lovely Greene King IPA RESERVE (5.4% ABV): a perfect warming, full-bodied Christmas ale which delivers a beer of exceptional quality with dry bitter finish.

Christmas is coming and in the build-up we've got two lovely ales to tempt you:

We're open on THURSDAY from 8PM for our weekly BEER NIGHT

and on FRIDAY from 7PM for our WrenSocial Family Christmas Party.

A touch of class for the Olde Git

This week is Jez's Birthday, so we thought we'd get in a special beer in his honour: Hardys & Hansons Olde Git

DAMN! It's 'Olde Trip' isn't it - don't tell him - he'll never notice!

Taking its name from the world famous Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem, which lays claim to being England's oldest inn, OLDE TRIP (4.3% ABV) is a rich, toffee-flavoured beer bursting with fruity character that is perfectly balanced with a clean, bitter finish - just how the 'Olde Git' likes it.

See you on THURSDAY and FRIDAY from 8PM.

Which Fireside will you choose?

If it helps you to take your slippers off and pop down to WrenSocial this THURSDAY from 8PM, this week for our BEER NIGHT we've got a fantastic winter warmer from Greene King. 

Fireside (4.5%ABV) is a mature, dark and malty ale, which is late hopped for a mellow linger.

On FRIDAY we've got our monthly FAMILY FUN NIGHT from 6.30 to 9.30pm

and this month we will be sharing the evening with 

The Friends of Wreningham School

for their Family Christmas Disco

Children: £3.50 ticket (Adults FREE)

with all funds going to The Friends of Wreningham School

The evening will include 'PARTY HOUR' from 7 until 8pm:

Tattoos, face painting, craft activities.

Tuck Shop for children, Bar for adults.

...and perhaps even a guest apperance from the big red man!!
